You can access Shetewy Pay only via web portal by visiting https://shetewypay.com only. We do not have any mobile apps on Android or iOS marketplaces at the meantime. We will notify you once we publish that, as an update on our social media channels or the account news.
Creating Tawwa cards and using digital wallet money transfer is available 24 hours. Only Cross-border money transfers are conducted during business hours 08:30 – 17:00 according to Singapore timezone (GMT+8).
At the meantime, the service is in BETA version, we do not allow accessing your account abroad, accounts are only accessed from Libya. This security procedure will be deactivated once the BETA version stage is completed.
A Shetewy Pay Prepaid VISA is a virtual card which you can associate with any currency balance in your Shetewy Pay account. This card can be used at websites, digital stores, or online anywhere VISA is accepted.
No, you can’t change or cancel a local transfer once you’ve pressed confirm.
Get in touch with Shetewy Pay support, we will try to help where we can. The transaction will stay valid if the information you provided were a correct one, and we cannot retrieve the transferred funds at that time.
You can open a Shetewy Pay account if you have a valid active passport, valid residential and mailing address, and are 18 years old or above.

If you have NFC-enabled devices running Android Lollipop (5.0) or higher, you should be able to use Google Pay.
Yes! You can generate up to 5 Tawwa cards to each account. The card will be issued in the name of the authorized representative whose details were entered when registering to Shetewy Pay. At the meantime, due to BETA stage of the service, only 1 Tawwa card is available. You can add funds to your card at anytime. This condition may be ignored with some beta testers accounts.
