1. Our Service

1.1 Shetewy Pay provides software and platform services (the “Service”) including solutions such as "Mattgur", SP Finance App Connector, and Systma for eCommerce, CRM, real estate management, and subscription-based services. On registration, Customers are allocated an online account ("Customer Account") which contains access to all services you have subscribed to.

1.2 All fees for use of Shetewy Pay Service ("Shetewy Pay Fees") are set forth in the fees schedule posted on this Site. You acknowledge and agree that fees may be updated from time to time. You should check the fees schedule regularly for any changes.

1.3 You must be the beneficial owner of your Customer Account and conduct activities only on behalf of yourself or your organization.

2. Eligibility

2.1 You must be at least 18 years old to use Shetewy Pay services, or have parental/guardian consent if under 18.

2.2 Each user account is unique to your provided email and phone number. You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during signup and maintain it throughout your use of Shetewy Pay. Failure to provide required information may result in limitation, suspension, or closure of your account.

2.3 You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. You agree to notify Shetewy Pay immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. Shetewy Pay is not liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized access due to your failure to maintain security.

3. Payment for Services

3.1 To use certain Shetewy Pay services, you may need to pay fees according to the schedule on the Site. You agree to provide valid payment information and authorize Shetewy Pay to process payments for subscription fees and related services.

3.2 All fees are due immediately as stated in the Site schedule. You are responsible for any taxes or charges related to your use of Shetewy Pay services.

4. Restricted Activities

4.1 You agree not to use Shetewy Pay services to (a) upload or share illegal content, (b) infringe third-party intellectual property rights, or (c) engage in any unlawful activity.

4.2 Shetewy Pay may suspend or terminate your account if it suspects misuse, unlawful activity, or violation of these Terms.

5. Account Closure

5.1 You may request closure of your Customer Account at any time by contacting Customer Support. Closing your account does not affect any previously completed transactions or subscriptions already paid.

5.2 Inactive accounts may be suspended after six (6) months of inactivity. You may contact Customer Support to reactivate your account at Shetewy Pay’s discretion.

6. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

6.1 Shetewy Pay makes no warranties regarding uninterrupted or error-free access to the Site or services. Use of the Site and services is at your own risk.

6.2 The Site and services are provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranty of any kind, including but not limited to fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or compatibility.

6.3 Shetewy Pay is not responsible for the quality, legality, or safety of third-party services, integrations, or content you may access through the Site.

7. Indemnity

7.1 You agree to indemnify and hold Shetewy Pay, its directors, employees, agents, and affiliates harmless from any claim, loss, liability, or damage arising from your use of the Site, violation of these Terms, or any actions conducted via your account.

8. Transfer of Rights and Obligations

8.1 Shetewy Pay may transfer its rights or obligations under this Agreement. You may not transfer your rights or obligations without prior written consent.

9. Dispute Resolution

9.1 Any dispute arising from this Agreement should first be attempted to be resolved amicably through negotiation within thirty (30) days. If unresolved, disputes will be subject to governing law and jurisdiction as described below.

10. Governing Law

10.1 This Agreement is governed by the laws of the United Kingdom. The courts of the United Kingdom have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes arising from this Agreement.
